Process groups help you understand ‘why you do what you do.’ You also identify unhealthy relationship patterns like dating unavailable or emotionally abusive people.

Perhaps you’ve noticed themes in your life like difficulty controlling your emotions, or challenges communicating effectively, which pushes people away. In our groups, you’ll have a safe place to practice healthy communication and keep your emotions in check. You’ll gain insight and try out new ways of behaving. Then you can use them to improve your relationship with colleagues, family, friends – and most importantly, yourself.

We keep our groups small; between 4 and 8 people. This way you’ll feel comfortable being your honest and authentic self. We meet once a week, for 1 1⁄2 hours.
