Kaya knows how frustrating it can feel to face the same problems without knowing how to move forward. Her warm, strengths-based approach helps clients understand what’s keeping them stuck and develop practical tools to create change. She draws from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Play Therapy.

As a mother, Kaya understands the challenges of balancing parenting, relationships, and personal needs. She is passionate about helping clients break unhealthy patterns, speak up for themselves, and approach difficult conversations with confidence.

Kaya believes therapy should be more than a place to talk. With compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a fresh perspective, she helps clients build confidence, take meaningful steps forward, and create lasting change.

Kaya is supervised by Yeshiva Davis (LMFT52250)
